This section of MyAptitude is dedicated to one of the best (and most dangerous…in a good way) aspects of the Swiss Alps: the sensational food. Lots of dairy (milk, creme, cheese, and more cheese) and so much more. We’ll offer some tips on how to take full advantage. While we’ll focus on Switzerland, we’ll occasionally cross the border into Italy, France, and Austria. (Well, maybe a we bit of Germany too!)
